Getting help

Write to [support@ — placeholder address]. Replies usually take [response time — placeholder].

What to include

  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • The date and time, so a reading can be matched to it.
  • Your phone model and the app version, from Settings.

Do not send a sign-in link or a screenshot of one. A sign-in link is a key to your account, and support never needs it.

Trouble signing in

  • Open the sign-in link on the same phone that asked for it. The link opens the app directly.
  • If the link opens a web page instead, that page has a button to hand it to the app.
  • A link expires. If it has, ask for a new one from the sign-in screen.
  • Check the address you typed. A link only works for the address it was sent to.

Deleting your account

Settings, then Delete everything. It is one tap and a confirmation, and it does not need to go through support.

It deletes your readings, routines, runs, shelf, treatments, recorded diagnoses and consents, the account itself and its sign-in record, and it wipes the copy held on the phone. Face captures live on the phone, so they go with it.

Backups are purged within [retention window — placeholder]. The privacy policy has the detail.

Asking for your data

You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or withdraw a consent. Write to [privacy@ — placeholder address] and you will get an answer within one month.

The app also exports a reading history as a PDF you can hand to a GP, without involving us.

Stopping emails

Sign-in emails are sent only when you ask to sign in. Any other email has an unsubscribe link, and turning it off does not affect the app.
